At Premium Chauffeurs, we provide our clients with the highest standards of courtesy and service. Upon your arrival to Portugal, we will be there to meet and greet you and/or your group, distinctively dressed and with a clear sign.

Efficiency and care are our priorities as we expedite a smooth arrival allowing you to relax and have a productive welcome to Portugal. All flights, trains and ships are monitored by our team so if there’s a change to your flight which causes you to arrive earlier or later, rest assured we’ll be there for you.

Your chauffeur will accompany you to the vehicle that will be parked in the arrivals area away from the heat, where you will find bottled water and wi-fi as standard,

Extra amenities can be sourced according to your needs. Please let us know beforehand in case you have special requirements.

For business clients or events we can make sure your guests will get the best first impression upon arriving for your event.

Your arrival will include:
• Meet and greet after customs
• Flight Monitoring, so even if your flight is delayed or early we will meet you on time
• Free 30 minute waiting time after landing for European flights and 60min for internationals
• Bottled water and wifi in the vehicle

For VIP clients we can assist with all processes right from the moment you land to your final destination. This includes being met from the aircraft gate, full assistance with immigration and customs, organising baggage porters to collect luggage and transfer out to your final mode of transport. In the unfortunate event of lost luggage, we will handle locating and the repatriation of your bag as quickly as possible.

For your departures whether it an airport, train station or wharf, we will make sure you get there safe, relaxed and on time.
